Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in program management in manufacturing/ops/supply chain.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership

• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage initiatives such as:
• New product introductions and operational readiness
• Manufacturing site consolidation and optimization
• ERP system conversion and integration
• Enterprise simplification and process harmonization
• Inventory reduction and working capital improvement
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership

Team Enablement & Coaching

• Train and mentor global operations team members on:
• Project charter creation and scope definition
• Prioritization techniques and portfolio management
• Project management methodologies and tools
• Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
• Build internal capabilities to scale project execution across the enterprise

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

• 10+ years of experience in program management within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital operations tools

• Experience in coaching and developing cross-functional teams
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
