Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a mid-level Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support NGA GEOINT Ground program offices in Arnold, MO. You will manage the program lifecycle, monitor cost/schedule/performance, and prepare documentation for formal reviews, ensuring risks and baselines are tracked and reported accurately.

This on-site role requires independence with minimal day-to-day supervision. Telework may be permitted under an approved plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3–10 years of relevant experience compliant with GSA standards.
• Demonstrated experience in program management, monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
• Experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle, including development of key acquisition documents.
• Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; #qinetiqclearedjob.
• Willingness to undergo and complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Eligible for OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and report progress.
• Prepare acquisition docs: SOWs, PWSs, market research, IGCEs.
• Attend and document key meetings like sprint planning and PMRs.
• Review contractor deliverables for SOW compliance.
