Job summary

QinetiQ US (formerly Avantus Federal) seeks a mid-level Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support the NGA GEOINT Ground program offices in Arnold, MO. On-site with limited telework under a formal plan.

You will monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk, develop the Integrated Master Schedule, and prepare acquisition documentation for reviews, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program management, monitoring cost, schedule, performance and risk.
• Experience supporting the acquisition lifecycle and key documents.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; CI polygraph.
• Eligible for OCONUS travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the program lifecycle.
• Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Prepare acquisition docs: SOWs, PWSs, market research, IGCEs.
• Participate in key meetings: sprint planning, TE meetings, PMRs.
• Review contractor deliverables for SOW compliance.
