Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Prime program within the Digital Technology Office. This hybrid role supports Cedar Rapids, IA or other listed locations, overseeing portfolio execution, budgets, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communications across RTX and Collins teams.

Ideal candidates bring extensive program management experience, leadership, and the ability to harmonize processes and deliver multi-million dollar programs on time while collaborating

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of committed projects in the portfolio, driving scope, risk, and cadence.
• Manage program financials with controllers and analysts to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource allocations and integrated schedules.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate across customers, stakeholders, and teams to deliver complex systems and services.
• Support governance, change management, and program reviews across RTX Collins teams.
