Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead Prime Program execution within the Digital Technology Program Management Office. The hybrid role supports multiple sites including Windsor Locks, CT, with collaboration across Collins and RTX teams to align governance, schedules, and financials.

You will drive scope, risk, and milestones, partner on resource planning, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders while delivering multi-million dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective execution of portfolio projects and manage scope, risk, and opportunities.
• Oversee program financials with controllers and analysts to ensure delivery to plan.
• Partner with Digital leaders for integrated schedules and milestones.
• Lead teams to develop risk mitigations and resolve issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
