ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Management Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Performs analysis of program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
Responsible for program management, technical, or business case analysis
Participates in or provide support to the Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to which they are aligned.
Collects, complete, organize, and interpret technical and financial data as it relates to acquisition and program activities.
This position is responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules, applying policies and procedures for financial planning.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master of Science (MS) or Master of Art (MA) in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in a program management, technical, or equivalent education and years of experience may be accepted in lieu of Masters Degree and 10 yrs of min relevant experience.
Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs is required.
Experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required.
Experience analyzing program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
Experience as a member of or supporting an Integrated Product Team (IPT) .
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen and Secret clearance is required to start.
Physical Requirements:
Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
The projected compensation range for this position is $96,100.00-$159,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
