You will lead program teams, shape strategic pipelines, and drive operational standards across scheduling, cost, procurement, and stakeholder communications in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with >$100M in actively managed contract revenue.
• C-suite-level client relationships demonstrated.
• Ability to build, restructure, and right-size a program team.
• Proven ability to take direct control of a program in jeopardy and return to stability.
• Experience presenting and defending Business Case Reviews with Executive Leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and explicit margin accountability.
• Scheduling proficiency across MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet.
• Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency; Bluebeam experience.

Responsibilities

• Own program P&L with explicit margin accountability across programs.
• Design, build, and restructure the program team to meet demands.
• Develop and maintain C-suite level client relationships.
• Contribute to strategic pipeline decisions based on capacity and margin.
• Take direct control of programs in jeopardy and drive to stability.
• Improve procedures; set scheduling, reporting, procurement standards.
• Present and defend Business Case Reviews to Executives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Program Managers.
• Champion safety and quality culture across programs.
• Represent programs in senior enterprise forums; drive continuous improvement.
