Job summary

Leo Logistics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own and drive a portfolio of strategic programs critical to scaling logistics into new business lines. You will tackle undefined problem spaces, invent the playbook, and lead cross-organizational efforts with senior leadership.

You will join the Leo Logistics leadership team, shaping strategy with engineering, operations, regulatory, and external partners. The role demands high visibility and impact on long-term mission objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program, project, or product management
• 6+ years of related industry experience
• 5+ years of data analysis using Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in global supply chain management, cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience managing programs with cross-functional dependencies across 3+ organizations simultaneously
• Experience working with and influencing senior leaders without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic programs portfolio for Leo Logistics and define/plan/deliver a dynamic set of programs outside steady-state scope
• Define problems and build strategy from scratch for emerging programs with leadership to scope opportunities and risks
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across organizations as a trusted, independent partner
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, regulatory, legal, business development, and external partners
• Manage a rolling portfolio; ramp on new domains as programs mature and transition to operations
• Represent Leo Logistics in cross-organizational forums and regulatory discussions
• Develop transition plans to hand off mature programs to operational teams for long-term ownership
