Accenture Construct is seeking a senior-level Construction Manager to lead comprehensive project delivery for large-scale manufacturing and infrastructure programs in the United States. You will oversee budget, schedule, risk and changes while coordinating with clients and teams.

Role requires extensive construction management and design management experience, with flexible work locations including remote and onsite engagements. Salary ranges reflect senior responsibilities and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• OR additional four years of related experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Manage overall project delivery.
• Manage project budget through scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and recovery strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement plans and apply personal expertise.
• Enforce client processes, procedures, and policies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Client and representatives.
• Monitor training of project staff in coordination with the client.
• Maintain understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project documentation.
• Flexible: work location includes remote, onsite at a client, or Accenture office/center.
