Accenture Construct seeks an experienced Construction Program Manager to manage large transit/public infrastructure projects onsite, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Role requires a decade in construction management, strong regulatory knowledge, and PE preference. Onsite work with significant collaboration across teams and stakeholders is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects.
• Three years of supervisory experience managing major contracts.
• Valid Washington driver's license or ability to obtain one.
• PE registration preferred; Washington registration or comity acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance for contractor operations.
• Review contractor operations for WISHA and DLI requirements.
• Maintain contract records on progress, budgets, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure plans and quality standards.
• Perform field inspections to verify work complies with plans.
• Prepare project reports and daily inspection summaries.
• Prepare contract change orders and support modifications.
• Review CPM schedules and manage project risks.
• Maintain daily project diary and document discussions.
