Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee the integration and management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development. You will lead a portfolio of Program/Project Managers and ensure successful customer relationships, cost control, scheduling, and technical execution.

The IAS business area delivers end-to-end C4ISR capabilities, with a strong focus on cost, performance, and schedule constraints across government and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Project Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management in A&D.
• 5+ years leading large-scale projects with 10+ cross-functional members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total Program Integration for multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development.
• Lead a portfolio of Program/Project Managers focusing on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning.
• Track and report on project status, technical execution, and overall program performance.
• Supervise program and project staff to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop proposals and coordinate audits to meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
