Uber seeks a Program Lead for AV Remote Assistance Operations Enablement in San Francisco to drive operational readiness, execution quality, and performance management across the Remote Assistance program.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Training, Safety and external partners to implement plans, manage launch readiness, and establish governance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and executive updates.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operationalization: convert standards into plans with owners, timelines and success criteria.
• Own Launch Execution: create readiness checklists, trackers and stabilization plans.
• Build Operating Cadences: establish reviews and cross-functional forums.
• Manage Performance Metrics: drive leadership recommendations using data.
• Own Change Management: partner with product, eng, ops, analytics and safety.
