Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Richardson, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead PM delivery on a key account, develop budgets, and manage resources and timelines. You will guide design teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure financial performance and risk mitigation across projects.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with on-site supervision and periodic travel across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of practical experience in project administration.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Account Team – recruit and manage talent ensuring proper integration.
