Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Two years of experience researching and analyzing information for process improvements.
• Three years writing technical documents, procedures, training or other instructional material.
• Three years proofreading and quality assurance of others' written material.
• Two years developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and manage the process’ operational plan and reports.
• Act as Editor supporting procedures and training teams’ publications.
• Provide independent consultative functions and research for process improvements.
• Recommend methods for implementing changes and improving processes.
