Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Program Manager to lead client relationships, drive program execution, and manage budgets across assigned brands. You will leverage data and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations, coordinate with vendors, and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Account funding monitoring and billing oversight.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder meetings to ensure deliverables and action items progress as planned.
• Prepare accruals and conduct quarterly audits; coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead weekly client touchpoints; maintain trackers and distribute meeting minutes.
• Support year-end activities, SOW management, and change orders.
• Escalation tracking and timely resolution of issues.
