Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to lead strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will create executive communications, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver key milestones for complex migrations and process improvements.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong MS Office and PM tools, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while presenting to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide programs and complex, large-scale projects.
Provide executive-level updates and dashboards.
Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; manage risks and dependencies.
Coordinate PMs/analysts across multiple workgroups.
Escalate issues to leadership with mitigation plans.
