Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead planning and delivery of strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives across Duals and D-SNP programs. The role provides hands-on support to matrixed teams and creates executive-level communications and dashboards.

You will coordinate multiple PMs/BAs, manage scope, schedule and budget, and deliver training materials while partnering with leadership to assess risks and opportunities. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, and budget).
• Create meaningful dashboards for executive level update and project status.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, etc.
