Overview

Medasource is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-year application migration for one of our major healthcare clients in the northeast. This individual will play a critical role in establishing migration strategy, standing up project teams, and driving execution across each project wave. The Program Manager should have proven experience leading research application migration efforts within the healthcare landscape and should be ready to help advise on, develop, and execute project strategy in collaboration with client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the multi-year research application migration roadmap.
• Conduct application inventory and dependency mapping to inform resource planning.
• Facilitate migration workshops to align on approach, scope, and execution strategy.
• Stand up and manage squad-based delivery teams, ensuring proper resourcing and accountability.
• Oversee both lift-and-shift and SaaS adoption strategies, balancing technical and business needs.
• Manage complex integrations, including OnCore’s custom Epic interfaces.
• Provide transparent reporting on program status, risks, and resource needs to leadership.
• Ensure strong QA and smoke testing processes across migration waves.
• Coordinate across DFCI, BILH, MGB, and vendor partners.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in healthcare IT.
• 5+ years leading application migration or rationalization initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing research applications (e.g., CTMS, IRB, clinical trials, or research infrastructure tools).
• Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary delivery teams (PMs, QA, engineers, integration specialists).
• Skilled in executive-level communication, stakeholder alignment, and vendor management.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
