Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Program Manager IV to oversee planning and delivery of strategic, enterprise-wide projects. You will lead matrixed teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and present executive updates to drive cross-functional discussions.

The role focuses on large-scale healthcare migrations, risk and budget oversight, and creation of training and governance materials for stakeholders. This is a remote US position with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross-functional healthcare migrations for implementation or process improvement.
• Coordinate the work of PMs/analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, etc.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and post-implementation analytics.
• Prepare and deliver Steering Committee documents to the Executive team.
