Job summary

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-scale healthcare migrations and complex programs, guiding matrixed teams to meet strategic objectives. You will create and present executive-level updates and drive cross-functional execution to successful outcomes.

The role is remote within the United States and requires 8+ years ofPM experience, a Bachelor's degree, and PMP/PgMP preferred. Benefits include comprehensive packages and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale healthcare migrations and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
• Coordinate PMs/analysts across departments involved in the project.
• Create executive dashboards and post-implementation analytics reports.
• Deliver training materials to indirect reports and peers.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees for executive review.
• Manage risks, budgets/forecasts, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Escalate issues to leadership and communicate solutions clearly.
