Job summary

World Bank Group is seeking a Senior Program Officer to coordinate across EGPS-3 windows, lead strategic development, and support donor engagement. This role requires strong program management, senior leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration in a globally focused environment.

You will engage with partners, manage complex pipelines, and contribute to knowledge products while ensuring alignment with WBG objectives and fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, public policy, international development, energy, mining, climate, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in international organizations or development finance.
• Deep experience in multi-donor trust funds and fiduciary processes.
• Proven track record in donor relations and resource mobilization.
• Experience in program development and cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across EGPS-3 windows and support program management.
• Provide strategic guidance on grant proposals, activity concepts, and risk management.
• Represent World Bank Group in external forums and manage partnerships across MDBs and donors.
• Lead development of flagship analytical and knowledge products and ensure governance alignment.
