ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead global mining impact assessment work and shape sustainable project delivery worldwide. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and provide technical leadership on multi‑jurisdiction projects aligned with international financing standards.

The role offers senior leadership opportunity, collaboration with ERM’s global teams, and a track record of expanding capital projects services in the mining sector.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of consulting experience with impact assessment and multi‑media permitting on international projects.
• Established relationships with mining companies and ability to generate bookable sales.
• Strong understanding of impact assessment and management issues within the mining sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of ERM’s environmental and social impact assessment practice in mining.
• Lead client engagement, business development, and technical delivery activities.
• Provide technical leadership on complex international mining and capital projects.
• Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams.
• Collaborate across ERM to deliver innovative client solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and expand market presence.
