Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Program Specialist in Morrisville, NC to serve as the operational backbone for building technology projects (Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, Life Safety). You will manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales to close-out, reporting to a Sr Program Manager, on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management in building automation systems or data centers or construction.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.
