Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program support, project management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with building automation and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Experience with forecasting revenue and project cost-to-complete forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track program schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Support program managers in risk identification, issue resolution, and status reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of projects valued at approximately $3M-$7M, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Apply technical knowledge of HVAC Controls, Life Safety, and Security systems to support program execution.
• Monitor monthly revenue forecasting and project cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Identify financial risks, variances, and opportunities for improved program performance.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, financials, resources, and portfolio health.
