Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Orlando seeks a Senior Program Controls Specialist to drive budgets, schedules, and risk management across project lifecycles. You will partner with Project Management, Engineering, Field Service, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and compliance with Honeywell standards.

The ideal candidate will bring strong financial and scheduling experience across building automation or related systems, with the ability to translate complex data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, PM, or related field.
• 6+ years in program/ project controls, or related field.
• Strong skills in budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience with project scheduling and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor risks to cost, schedule, and execution.
• Support installation and implementation teams through lifecycle.
• Track projects from planning to closeout and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, PM, Engineering, Field Service, and customers.
• Provide financial, schedule, and performance reporting to leadership.
