Honeywell is seeking a Senior Program Specialist in Duluth, GA on a hybrid schedule. You will serve as the operational backbone for building technology projects, including Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems, guiding a full project lifecycle from pre-sales to close-out.

You will report to the Sr Program Manager, manage charters, risk plans, schedules and budgets, review contracts and estimates, monitor performance and costs, and deliver on P&L

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in building automation systems, data centers, or construction.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders including executive leadership.
• Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.

Job Description

As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you'll be the operational backbone for building technology projects, including Building Management Systems, HVAC Controls, Security, CCTV, and Life Safety Systems. You'll expertly navigate the complete project lifecycle, from initial pre‑sales and development through delivery and close‑out for our ongoing customer and product support initiatives.

You will report directly to our Sr Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Duluth, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
