Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex training programs. You will manage budget, staffing, and schedules while coordinating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business, PMP certification, and 10+ years of experience in program management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Knowledge and expertise usually result from internal progressive experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Project, Windows and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated programs to achieve goals within time and funding.
• Manages program budget and staffing needs for each phase; collaborates with managers for assignments.
• Prepares program reports for management, customers, or stakeholders.
• Works with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Coordinates activities with regulatory authorities or other government agencies.
• Supports the Quality Management System (QMS) and business processes.
• Trains and mentors other teammates as required.
