FlightSafety International is seeking a Senior Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate complex aviation training programs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience, and the ability to interface with regulators, customers, and internal teams across engineering, operations, and training delivery. Based in Oklahoma, the position emphasizes adherence to QMS and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 10 years' relative experience in program management or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, budget, and manage complex programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Responsabilités

• Establishes program plan, budget, and staffing for each phase of assigned program(s).
• Reviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget.
• Directs and coordinates activities of program staff to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Prepares program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Works with stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate activities with regulatory authorities or other governmental agencies.
• Provides training and mentorship to teammates as required.
