Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking an experienced Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate complex aviation training programs. You will oversee budgets, staffing, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal QMS processes.

Knowledge and expertise for this level usually results from internal progressive experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Windows and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated programs to meet goals within time and funding parameters.
Manage more complex programs and may oversee lower level Program Managers.
Directs and coordinates program personnel to support quality, schedule, and budget.
Reviews status reports and adjusts schedules as needed.
Prepares program reports for management and stakeholders.
Works with regulators and other authorities to coordinate activities.
Supports published Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Processes.
