Job summary

FlightSafety International seeks a seasoned Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated aviation training programs. You will manage budgets, staffing, and schedules while interfacing with regulators and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, quality management, and effective communication to ensure programs meet objectives within funding parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
• 10 years’ relative experience, 18 years’ relative experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Fluency in English, formal written and verbal communication.
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establishes program plan, budget, and staffing for each phase of assigned program(s).
• Reviews labor and material expenditures and manages program budget.
• Directs and coordinates activities of program personnel to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Prepares program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinates program activities with regulatory authorities and other agencies.
• Provides training and mentorship to teammates as required.
