Job summary

RTX seeks a senior-level proposal and program management professional to drive capture across advanced technology portfolios. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop competitive proposals, and engage senior customers and suppliers to shape strategies.

Travel is required to support customer engagements and program reviews. A Secret clearance is required to start, with potential access to higher clearances as programs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years, or Advanced degree with 10+ years experience
• Experience developing proposals and leading cost, schedule, and technical performance management
• Familiarity with program management tools (EVMS, IMP, IMS, Risk/Opportunity, Scope Board)

Responsibilities

• Develop capture strategies with Sr Director and teams for new projects
• Lead development of proposal responses for the portfolio
• Engage with senior customers and suppliers to shape proposal strategies
• Manage portfolio capture and demonstration efforts
• Travel frequently for customer engagements
