Job summary

GEHA in the Kansas City area seeks a Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant to define and own the performance narrative for the ancillary product portfolio, including dental and vision. You will synthesize inputs from TPA, network, actuarial, finance, and operations into decision-ready intelligence for leadership and OPM.

• Define and own the performance measurement framework for ancillary portfolio.
• Own the OPM reporting and CAP evidence packages.
• Translate data into executive narratives for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional data synthesis across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the performance measurement framework for G.E.H.A's ancillary portfolio — establishing KPIs, benchmarks, thresholds, and indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align program scorecards with obligations and priorities.
• Provide proactive data gaps identification and work with D&A to build capabilities.
• Maintain baselines for new product lines prior to launch.
• Own definitional standards, calculations, and data-quality criteria for program metrics.
