Job summary

GEHA Health seeks a senior Dental Policy & Quality Manager to own dental coverage policies, CDT coding standards, and education materials. You will align policies with CDT updates, manage vendor relationships, and support OPM audits within the product team.

You will lead policy governance, drive data quality initiatives, and provide clinical guidance to internal stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a health or dental field or closely related discipline.
• Deep experience in dental benefits policy development and CDT coding standards.
• Strong ability to translate clinical policy into provider and member education materials.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of dental coverage policies and CDT guidance.
• Coordinate CDT reporting and vendor alignment with external stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and renewal negotiations.
• Represent clinical policy in OPM audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Provide technical direction and training on dental policy interpretation.
