Job summary

GEHA seeks a Sr. Pharmacy Performance & Operations Specialist to oversee FEHB and PSHB pharmacy programs, PBM performance, and contractual compliance. You will serve as SME to PBM, drive issue resolution and deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, monitoring regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize member outcomes. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in PBM/pharmacy ops are preferred; remote/hybrid options and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in PBM, pharmacy operations, or federal health program administration.
• Experience with FEHB/PSHB programs.
• Ability to analyze performance data and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PBM performance and contract compliance.
• Prepare annual pharmacy benefit changes for FEHB and PSHB.
• Develop dashboards and exec-ready presentations.
• Monitor PBM credits, reporting, QA.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with PBM and internal teams to resolve issues.
