Job summary

GEHA Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant to define and own the performance narrative for its ancillary product portfolio, including dental and vision, coordinating with product, regulatory, and analytics teams.

You will translate data into executive-ready reports for OPM, CAP packages, and regulatory submissions, establish measurement standards, and mentor others while shaping strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in program reporting or health plan analytics with lead role.
• Exceptional written communication and data storytelling for executive/regulatory audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, actuarial, operations and D&A.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI expertise including data modeling and self-service reporting.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program reporting standards and QA processes.
• Coach and mentor junior analysts and cross-functional contributors.
• Own OPM reporting, CAP packages, and regulatory submissions.
• Translate performance data into executive-ready narratives for leadership.
• Produce dashboards and summaries for management and Board-level reporting.
