Job summary

Government Employees Health Association, Inc. (G.E.H.A) seeks a Senior Program Intelligence & Performance Management Consultant to own the performance narrative for ancillary products (dental/vision).

You will translate inputs from TPA, network, actuarial, finance, and operations into decision-ready intelligence for executives and OPM. You will define framework, lead regulatory reporting, and mentor teammates while partnering with product teams for new launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Health Informatics, Public Admin, Statistics or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive program reporting or health plan analytics experience.
• At least 2 years in lead, senior, or principal capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the program performance measurement framework for ancillary lines.
• Own OPM reporting, CAP evidence, and regulatory submissions.
• Translate performance data into executive-ready narratives.
• Maintain regulatory calendars and ensure timely submissions.
• Produce dashboards and summaries for management on a cadence.
• Lead performance deep-dives and surface root causes with actions.
• Coach and elevate analytics capability across the team.
