Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Staff Program Intelligence Analyst to set direction for analytics and AI across the PMO. The role combines enterprise data strategy, storytelling, and portfolio execution, enabling senior leadership to make faster, smarter decisions with high‑quality insights.

You will define scalable data products, dashboards, AI agents, and analytics pipelines, while mentoring and accelerating the organization’s capabilities as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, data products, or related discipline, including leading complex initiatives.
• Advanced experience with SQL, Python, cloud analytics platforms, and AI‑driven solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to connect metrics to business strategy and deliver scalable dashboards and data products.

Responsibilities

• Set the Program Intelligence & Reporting Strategy: define long‑term vision, operating model for management information, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
• Lead portfolio‑scale data products: design and deliver dashboards, AI agents, web apps, and reports as trusted sources of truth.
• Establish metrics and data governance: define measurement frameworks and data quality expectations.
• Architect analytics and AI solutions: translate business needs into scalable data models and AI‑driven solutions with data engineering partners.
• Influence executive decisions: synthesize data into narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Drive adoption and measurable value: assess adoption and business impact, improve products based on feedback.
