Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Staff Program Intelligence Analyst to shape enterprise analytics and AI across the PMO. You will define strategy, standard patterns, and governance for dashboards, AI agents, and analytics pipelines, partnering with data engineering, IT, and product teams.

You will translate complex data into executive-ready insights, mentor colleagues, and drive measurable value while acting as an individual contributor with broad autonomy. Hybrid work options apply across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, data products, or reporting; enterprise initiatives.
• Experience building dashboards, reports and AI-enabled analytics in an enterprise.
• Strong storytelling to connect metrics to business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for Program Intelligence and governance for data products.
• Lead design and delivery of dashboards, AI agents, and reports.
• Establish data definitions, quality and governance standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and analytics.
• Influence leadership with clear narratives and actionable insights.
• Drive adoption and measure business impact of capabilities.
