Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/AI engineering or data platforms with senior/Staff‑level leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Proven production AI applications, agentic systems, or LLМ‑powered analytics experience.
• Strong Python engineering and SQL skills.
• Understanding of semantic engineering and data products and their impact on AI trust.
• Experience exposing governed data products and semantic models to AI systems.
• Experience building AI analytics on large‑scale distributed data platforms.
• Experience in major cloud environments and scalable system design.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and domain experts.

Responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered analytics experiences grounded in governed data products.
• Design multi‑agent systems, orchestration patterns, supervisor‑agent frameworks, reusable AI services.
• Create natural‑language experiences that avoid requiring schema knowledge or SQL.
• Partner with data product teams to ensure AI uses high‑quality, contract‑backed datasets.
• Develop retrieval, grounding, reasoning, and memory patterns to improve trust and explainability.
• Create reusable frameworks for domain experts to contribute to BI efforts.
• Use telemetry and usage data to improve accuracy and adoption of AI systems.
• Optimize production AI systems for performance, reliability, and cost.
