Job summary

Morales Professional Services seeks a Marketing Communications Manager (Project Integrator) to work as part of an E.I. Lilly–preferred marketing firm inside the Lilly program team, onsite.

You will collaborate with the Program Director and team to align people, information, decisions, and execution as the work scales. The role adapts to the program rhythm with in-office days and cadence set by the program, providing marketing support, communications and material for startup of new drug-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar with at least 7-10 years of progressive communications experience.
• Proven ability to operate without clear direction and deliver remarkable outcomes.
• Ability to write well under pressure and build relationships with the right people.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support, communications and materials for the Program Director and Lilly program team.
• Coordinate and refine program communications cadence, leadership updates and site-wide visibility.
• Develop recommendations and drive actions when issues arise between groups.
