Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Project Management Analyst for the NATO AGS program in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This role bridges program management with integrated planning, delivering metrics, reports, and risk analysis while coordinating with a cross-functional IPT.

The position requires a Secret clearance, strong leadership, and experience with international customers. Occasional travel and complex program coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional/military experience in project/program management, contracts, and budgeting.
• Master's degree with 3 years of related experience in project/program management, contracts, and budgeting.
• Ph.D. with 1 year of related experience in project management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet goals and customer satisfaction.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and reporting status.
• Create and maintain tools/templates for tracking project progress and risk management.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and customer meetings.
• Lead risk & opportunity management, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Manage proposals and lead core proposal teams through RFP to contract award.
