Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Principal Project Manager Staffing Lead onsite in Rancho Bernardo, CA. You will own the integrated staffing plan, drive mitigation for gaps, and lead staffing reviews with PMRs, HR, and leadership to optimize cost and performance.

The role requires a strong background in workforce planning, staffing coordination, and data analytics, with active US government clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or Ph.D. with 4+ years in staffing/ops.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing coordination, resource management, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and staffing integration across multiple systems and review boards.
• Own the integrated staffing plan and drive mitigation for gaps, surpluses, and aging vacancies.
• Develop and maintain staffing dashboards, metrics, and reports for reviews and customer updates.
• Lead staffing reviews and present workforce risks/opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure skills mix and labor category compliance with contracts and baselines.
