Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Integrator to oversee operational aspects of multiple projects and collaborate with the IPT lead on reporting and metrics. The role requires strong project management, budget awareness, and the ability to drive risk mitigation across teams.

The position is based in San Diego, CA, with some travel. Level 2 or Level 3 (Principal) designation depends on education and experience. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related professional/military experience with Bachelor’s degree in project management, program operations, or budgeting; or a Master’s degree in the same fields.
• 5 years with a Bachelor’s plus relevant experience for Level 3; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and team operations.
• Coordinate with IPT lead on program reporting, metrics, and special projects.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and reporting status.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and customer meetings.
• Support risk & opportunity management including identification and mitigation.
