Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Sr. Principal Project Manager to support the NACS BU in Woodland Hills, CA. The role emphasizes coordinating multiple projects, building schedules, and communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, driving schedules, coordinating across engineering, operations, and finance, and delivering executive-level briefings. On-site work with DoD clearance requirements may apply where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and several years of PM experience.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, milestones, risks; Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Contracts, or PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent PM tasks across NCTA, Capital, and internal initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain and finance to remove roadblocks.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting and track performance to budget.
