Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) Advanced Weapons Business Unit is seeking a Program Integration Manager to lead program execution, drive integration across IPTs, and report on cost, schedule and technical performance. The role is based on-site in Northridge, CA, with frequent interactions across senior leadership and sensitive programs.

The candidate will manage a team of PMs and support proposal activities, with DoD clearance requirements and a path to TS/SCI access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years in PM, business ops, or technical programs.
• Experience coordinating activities, schedules, and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience analyzing program financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• DoD government contracting or regulated environment experience.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint for business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Program Management team, overseeing execution and establishing disciplined management cadence.
• Lead and/or coordinate a team of program integrators and cross-functional partners to drive integration across IPTs.
• Support cost, schedule, and technical requirements; identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Support program reporting and leadership reviews, including weekly status reviews and heading checks.
• Support proposal and capture activities across multiple contracts as needed.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and change management.
