Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA seeks a Program Integration Manager to lead program execution and integration across IPTs. The role reports to the OU Chief of Staff and requires frequent interaction with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a team of program managers, coordinate cross-functional activities, and contribute to proposal and capture efforts while upholding rigorous program controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in government contracts, program or project management.
• Experience coordinating project activities, schedules, and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience analyzing financial performance: budgets, forecasts, cost performance, and EV metrics.
• Experience in a U.S. government contracting or regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint for business analysis and reporting.
• Current/active DoD Secret clearance (ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP).
• Preferred PMP or equivalent certification; CAM experience and Earned Value Management knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program execution and maintain disciplined management cadence for visibility of tasks and milestones.
• Lead a team of program integrators and cross-functional partners for IPT alignment.
• Support cost, schedule, and technical requirements, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and present progress in leadership reviews and weekly status updates.
• Support proposals and capture activities across multiple contracts as needed.
• Drive process improvements and ensure on-time delivery of staff-delivered outputs.
