Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) Advanced Weapons Business Unit seeks a Program Integration Manager for the Air Warfare Systems portfolio. The role reports to the BU Chief of Staff and is based on-site in Northridge, CA.

You’ll lead program integrators and partner teams to ensure cost, schedule, and technical alignment across multiple contracts. The successful candidate will manage a team, drive integration across IPTs, and support leadership reviews, risk management, and process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and/or program management.
• Experience coordinating activities, deliverables, schedules and stakeholder requirements.
• Experience analyzing program financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Experience in defense contracting or regulated environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint for analysis and reporting.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program execution and establish a disciplined management cadence with visibility to critical tasks and milestones.
• Lead a team of program integrators and cross-functional partners to drive integration across IPTs and ensure program health.
• Support cost, schedule, and technical requirements; identify and manage risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and participate in program reviews, weekly status updates, and leadership briefings.
• Support proposal and capture activities across multiple contracts as needed.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, including change management and best practices.
• Coordinate deliverables across the staff and ensure on-time delivery.
• Enable Program Integration Team to support Program Management across NGDS processes.
