Job summary
RTX seeks a Principal Financial Analyst to join the Precision Strike Finance Team. You will leverage finance and program control expertise to work with Product Line, GSCM Finance, and Program Offices in a hybrid AZ-based role, onsite in Tucson with relocation not provided.
You will conduct EAC reviews, analyze EVMS metrics, manage IPT/ESPB manpower, support proposals, and oversee NRE efforts across the portfolio. Strong SAP/BI skills and US citizenship are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to government-controlled financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews for programs and product lines.
- Perform trend analysis for spend rates and EVMS metrics at product line level.
- Manage manpower planning for IPT and ESPB.
- Support proposal activities and pricing exercises.
- Oversee financial responsibilities for IPT, ESPB, and NRE efforts.
- Prepare weekly reporting and invoicing.
- Carry out ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
