Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Business Manager to oversee all financial responsibilities for the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking Epoch 2 Vendor 2 program. The role is award-dependent and focused on program start-up with direct engagement with the prime Government customer.

You will manage earned value, estimates at completion, forecasting, risk/opportunity analysis, and long-range planning while supporting executive reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• Experience consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial routines such as Earned Value reporting and baseline development.
• Lead EACs, risk and opportunity development, and financial forecasting activities.
• Support customer meetings and executive reviews, and participate in proposal development and staff management.
