Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ (hybrid) is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support our SCM Finance leadership. You will coordinate KPI deliverables, oversee budgets, EAC forecasts, and reviews, and perform value-added analyses across functions.

The role demands a university degree with 8+ years (or an advanced degree with 5+ years) and hands-on experience with SAP, PRISM, BW and Power BI, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse and Power BI.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, deadline-driven environment.
Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
Coordinate with RTN Support Pool (Accounting) team regarding CER EACs.
Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM.
Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
